We’ve got some exciting news to share – we've won a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for our customer service in 2022!
The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is the ultimate accolade for customer service, recognising brands that continue to deliver exceptional customer service, year after year.
To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for three consecutive years – which we’ve done! But we couldn’t have done it without our customers so we’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of them for sharing their ratings and reviews with Feefo.
This award is another vote of confidence in our brand from our customers. It means a lot to us because it’s based on honest, valuable feedback and, ultimately, keeping our customers happy is why we come to work each day. Our directors are pleased to share this award with the Citrus Mortgages team:
