As part of our process to improve our customer care and advice services, we have developed a new website to help customers find the best mortgage solution whilst providing a great customer experience.
Our main objective of the new website design and development was based upon a slick user experience so that our valued customers and potential new customers can access information easily and to be able to communicate with the Citrus Mortgages team when they need advice. One of our Directors, Nick Blatcher explains the new introductions:
“We are excited to launch our new website with features such as a client portal for secure transfer of documents, online factfinds for customer convenience and the facility to carry out virtual mortgage appointments.
“Taking the next step towards futureproofing our digital strategy will provide an improved usability of our services so that we can help the local people of Milton Keynes with their finance needs,” Nick adds.
Mobile friendly for our customers
We’ve found that more and more customers are now using mobile devices to visit our website, so the new design incorporates an updated and improved user-friendly experience for mobile and tablet users as well as those using a desktop.
These user-friendly updates will improve our customers experience and make it easier for them to seek the information they require for their mortgage needs, as Director, Gavin Potter comments:
“At Citrus Mortgages the client is the focus of our business and historically that would mean providing mortgage advice face to face, by phone or email.
“However, as technology becomes more of a part of daily life we need to find new ways to engage with our clients and make our advice much clearer and easier for customers to obtain in the Milton Keynes area (and beyond!).”
Customer Care and process improvements
Here at Citrus Mortgages, taking care of our customers is the most important side of our business and the added function of a Feefo review service will help us to maintain and improve our high level of customer care. We’ve added a Feefo review tab to the new website design which highlights the latest reviews from customers. Not only will this help us to enhance our customer service and processes, it will also provide confidence to customers in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas who require mortgage advice.
